Ticket sales for the Butterfly Ball on Saturday April 4, 2009 are well under way. They are available at both Joy’s Hallmark at Gateway and Kirkwood. Each ticket is $10.

At the High Prairie Arts and Science Center, this prom style daddy/daughter event for girls aged 4 -12 will begin with a Mixer from 5:30-6:15. At this time Platinum Photography will provide an opportunity to have your photo taken in the Allegro Rehearsal Hall. At the same time, in the Imagination Theater, Suzuki students and teachers will provide music.

Preparation for the Grand March will begin at 6:15 in the Imagination Theater with the Grand March taking place in the Community Room from 6:30-7:00. Moms and siblings are welcome to attend the Mixer and Grand March.

The Dance in the Community Room from 7:00-9:00 is for the dads and daughters only. Along with dancing, there will be refreshments and an opportunity to make a craft project.

The Suzuki School of Music is throwing its third annual Butterfly Ball, a father/daughter dance, on Saturday, April 4 at the Frances Leach High Prairie Science and Arts Complex at 1810 Schafer Street in Bismarck. The event is open to the public for girls, ages four through twelve, and their fathers. The cost it $10 per ticket. Tickets are on sale at Joy’s Hallmark at Gateway and Kirkwood Malls. Proceeds benefit the Suzuki School of Music (SSOM). More information soon.
