Thank you to all the Suzuki Students and Early Childhood Education Kids who came to play yesterday at Kirkwood Mall. You sounded great and looked awesome in your new t-shirts.

Live Art in Motion sponsored by the Dakota West Art Council (DWAC) will take place on Saturday February 6 at Kirkwood Mall.

The Suzuki School of Music has a performance at 2:00pm with a call time of 1:30pm near the Target end of the Mall. All Suzuki students from ECE on up are welcome to participate.

Also, the Suzuki School of Music has a booth in the mall which needs volunteers to set up, take down, and man the table. If you are able to help, sign up sheets are at group lessons.

The Suzuki School wishes everyone a Happy New Year!!! Private lessons and group lessons have resumed for 2010. There will be Group Lessons on Monday January 18, 2010.

Other dates for your calendar, Friday January 22 we will play at the Frances Leach High Prairie Complex from 6-8:30pm (call time 5:40pm). Also, the annual Live Art In Motion sponsored by DWAC (Dakota West Arts Council) will take place on Saturday February 6. We will have an information table all day and need parents to volunteer to help with the table. Also, the students will perform at 2pm (call time 1:30) dressed in their new Suzuki t-shirts (or white t-shirt) and jeans. Sign-up sheets for these events will be at the group lessons. If you have any questions, please ask your teacher.

The Suzuki School of Music will provide pre-show music from 6:15-6:30pm for “Hansel & Gretel”, a ballet production by A Leap of Faith Dance.

Spooktacular fun will be had on Saturday October 31 at the High Prairie Center.  Suzuki students will perform spooky sounds to a spooky story. Then they will demonstrate how to produce the spooky sounds.  Performances to be held at 1pm & 3pm in the Allegro Rehearsal Hall. Performing students please arrive in costume 15 minutes prior to performance for tuning.
